Some of the items on my non-denominational winter holiday shrub:

I have most of the Hallmark Star Trek ornament collection. Yes I did convince a woman to marry me and have a child, and she’s never even been to a Star Trek convention.

My favourite cartoon ever since I was kid, this is not the only Scooby Doo ornament I own.

Nothing says happy holidays like hallucinations and psychedelia.

This year’s new addition to our collection of ornaments is in honour of our new addition.

This blown glass spire has been on top of my family’s tree since I was a kid. I like it a lot because it’s hard to find non-religious tree toppers so when my mom replaced it with an angel after I moved out I added it to my collection of ornaments.  The Mrs. isn’t fond of it but she hasn’t found a replacement that I’ve deemed suitable so there it sits atop the tree.
